Founded by entrepreneur and businessman Abdi Sütcü, Abdioğulları Plastik ve Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. has been operating in the packaging industry since 1963. Committed to continuous improvement and innovation, the company has continually invested in advanced production technologies. Today, it manufactures PP- and PE-based synthetic packaging products, as well as a wide range of agricultural twines.

Specializing in packaging solutions for agricultural and industrial applications, Abdioğulları combines advanced European machinery with the expertise of its experienced workforce to maintain high production standards. With approximately 2,000 employees and nine production facilities, the company is one of Türkiye’s leading manufacturers of woven and knitted plastic packaging products.

According to year-end 2025 figures, Abdioğulları ranks 390th in the “Türkiye’s 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises” survey, compiled annually by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) based on production-based sales.

Established by Abdioğulları, Filpa Ambalaj ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. exports its products to more than 60 countries across four continents, with Europe as its primary market. Based on year-end 2025 figures, Filpa ranks 468th in the Türkiye Exporters Assembly’s (TİM) “Türkiye’s Top 1,000 Exporters” survey.

As part of its commitment to environmental responsibility and energy efficiency, Abdioğulları has implemented an ISO 50001 Energy Management System. The company commissioned its first renewable energy facility in 2016 and has since expanded its installed solar power capacity to more than 50 MW. It continues to invest in renewable energy, with plans to increase its capacity to approximately 90 MW.

Abdioğulları’s commitment to social responsibility is reflected in its support for education, healthcare and community development. In 2017, the company supported the establishment of the Abdi Sütcü Vocational School of Health Services, affiliated with Çukurova University. The following year, the Abdi Sütcü Education, Culture and Aid Foundation was established to pursue these contributions through a structured and sustainable framework. In 2025, the foundation stone was laid for the Fatma Sütcü Heart Health Center, affiliated with Çukurova University, with completion planned for the first half of 2027.

Founded in 2020, abcoFARM is an agricultural company within the Abdioğulları group. It cultivates olives, citrus fruits and stone fruits on approximately 300 hectares of agricultural land and is also engaged in the production and sale of olive oil.

Established in 2021, Abdioğulları Ar-Ge Mühendislik Tasarım A.Ş. (R&D Engineering Design) focuses on developing innovative, high-value-added products and solutions through engineering, design and research. By monitoring technological developments in Türkiye and internationally and integrating new technologies into products and production processes, the company aims to strengthen Abdioğulları’s technological capabilities and long-term competitiveness.

In the “Anatolia’s 500 Largest Companies” survey, conducted annually by Ekonomist Magazine, Abdioğulları A.Ş. ranks 129th based on 2024 data.

At the 2025 OSB Stars Awards, organized by the Organized Industrial Zones Umbrella Organization (OSBÜK), Abdioğulları and Filpa received a total of four awards across 11 categories.
